Shipping & Handling 

Temporary Shipping Pauses

Shipping and handling costs are based on the number of bars and/or beard products ordered, as well as the size of the box needed to ship your order.

 

Shipping typically ranges from $5.50 to $11. Once your order is placed, you will receive an invoice with the exact shipping cost listed before payment is required.

 

Orders are shipped via USPS or UPS, whichever is most economical. Once your package is on its way, delivery typically takes 8–10 business days (excluding weekends).

Please note: There may be occasional short periods—typically 2–3 days—when I’m unavailable to process and ship orders. Any upcoming shipping pauses will be posted here. I recommend checking this page before placing an order to help ensure timely processing. Thank you for your understanding!

 

During a pause, you are still welcome to text your order. I will prepare your invoice as soon as possible, and your order will ship promptly once the pause has ended. You will receive a text notification as soon as your package ships.

How to Place an Order

  1. Write down the names of the soaps or beard products you would like to order and the quantity of each.
  2. Include your name and mailing address.
  3. Take a photo of the list and text it to (479) 651-2760.
  4. Once received, I’ll send you an invoice with your total, including shipping and handling. You can then complete payment through Square or Venmo (see “Acceptable Payment Methods” below).

Shipping Information

Orders are shipped within 3 business days after payment is received. Each order is carefully packed before leaving my workshop.

 

Your invoice will be included with your order, and you will receive a text message once your items have shipped, along with tracking information.

Accepted Payment Methods:

Venmo:

I accept payments via Venmo. To complete your payment, simply scan the Venmo QR code and enter the amount shown on your invoice.

Square:

I accept payments through Square, which supports Apple Pay, Google Pay, and all major credit cards. Once your invoice is ready, I’ll text you a secure payment link. From there, simply choose your preferred payment method and enter your phone number. If you’d like a receipt, you can also provide your email address.

Return & Refund Policy

Due to the nature of handcrafted soap and personal care products, we’re unable to accept returns on opened or used items. That said, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery so we can help make it right.

To process a replacement or refund, we’ll need photos of the damaged item(s) and the original packaging. Your satisfaction truly matters to us—if you have any concerns at all, don’t hesitate to reach out, and we’ll do our very best to resolve the issue.
