Because color is displayed differently on various devices, the soap you order could be different from what you’re viewing on your phone, laptop, or monitor. This is a common occurrence with online shopping; it has to do with display resolution, number of pixels and bit depth.
Coconut Oil, Pacific Ocean Sea Salt (ground to a fine powder), Distilled Water, Sodium Hydroxide (none remains in the final product), Salty Sea Breeze FO, Canola Oil (high Oleic), Castor Oil, & colorants

Super Fat: to use a small excess of ‘free’ fatty acids in a recipe that are deliberately NOT converted to soap. Instead, these tiny oil molecules remain within the soap matrix and are then transferred to your skin when washing. This is not to say your skin will feel oily because there is such a minuscule percentage used.
Salty Sea Breeze FO has a fresh scent of the ocean breeze on a beautiful summer day. Its wonderful light scents of freshness will make you feel like you’re out on the beach on a great vacation.
Scented with Salty Sea Breeze, this Pacific sea salt bar carries a fresh, invigorating aroma. I used the drop swirl technique to create it—pouring a light blue base and alternating dark blue and white batter in drop pours. Then, I used a hanger tool to swirl the colors for a mesmerizing oceanic effect.
Salt bars set up extremely fast. Knowing this, I Googled whether adding a little extra water would harm the bar. Normally, I wouldn’t do that with regular soap since excess water can lead to warping during saponification and curing. But for this salty beauty? It was rock-hard and ready to unmold within 3–4 hours—compared to my usual 1.5 to 2 days, depending on the oils I use.
Salt bars continue to harden over time and need several months to cure, rather than the standard 4–6 weeks. The extra curing time significantly improves lather, making it well worth the wait.
Did you know that coconut oil soap is the only kind that will lather in salt water? That’s thanks to lauric fatty acid. Well, I fibbed—babassu oil performs almost identically but costs about three times as much. It lathers in salt water, ocean water, and even hard water. Due to cost? I’ll stick with coconut oil, thank you very much.
I was so thrilled with how the swirls turned out in my first-ever salt bars that I posted photos in a soapmaking forum under the thread “What Soapy Thing Have You

Done Today?” A fellow soaper even asked how I managed to get swirls in a salt bar since the mixture usually sets up lightning fast once the salt is added. I believe the secret was the extra water!
The name Ocean Breeze was inspired by the Pacific sea salt (sourced from the Pacific Ocean) and the Salty Sea Breeze fragrance oil. Take a trip to the Pacific without leaving your home with this luxurious spa bar.
