The vanilla content in the fragrance oil has caused the creamy color to deepen into a tan shade over time.

Because color is displayed differently on various devices, the soap you order could be different from what you’re viewing on your phone, laptop, or monitor. This is a common occurrence with online shopping; it has to do with display resolution, number of pixels and bit depth.

Ingredients:

Goat Milk, Lard, Palm Oil (Responsibly Sourced), Coconut Oil, Olive Oil, Sodium Hydroxide (none remains in the final product), Castor Oil, Tiger’s Blood FO, Sodium Lactate (Liquid salt), Powdered Sugar (boosts lather), EDTA (Chelator to help with hard water), & colorants

5% Super Fat

Super Fat: to use a small excess of ‘free’ fatty acids in a recipe that are deliberately NOT converted to soap. Instead, these tiny oil molecules remain within the soap matrix and are then transferred to your skin when washing. This is not  to say that your skin will feel oily because only a minuscule percentage is used.

Fragrance info/description from the vendor: Make Your Own Buzz

Top Note: Strawberry, Chamomile, Greenery  |  Middle Note: Blood Orange, Rose Petals  |  Bottom Note: Caramel, Woods

This sweet floral fruity accord opens with fragrantly sweet strawberries with a whisper of delicate chamomile and vibrantly full, fresh-picked greenery. The heart interknits this harmonious blend with juicy flavorful notes of blood orange with a hint of the delicate aroma of soft rose petals. The base brings exhilarating scents of sweet caramel and warm woods.

I often have techniques on my mental bucket list, and this was one I wanted to try but hadn’t yet. When the soap forum I joined presented it as the monthly challenge, I jumped at the chance to finally give it a go. This fun technique, called a mini drop swirl, involves pouring the base (the bulk of the soap batter) and then placing droplets within it.

I found some hair dye bottles on Amazon and used them to create the droplets. To extend the tips of the bottles, I added the cut-off ends of some dropper pipettes, as the original tips weren’t long enough to submerge deeply enough into the soap mixture to place the droplets. For quick clean-up after the soap sets in the small bottles, I placed a baggie in each one, so all I had to do later was toss the baggie and rinse the lids to remove any remaining soap.

The bottle is turned upside down, and the tip of the dropper pipette is inserted into the base as deep as desired at one end. I squeezed out some soap batter

slowly along the length of the loaf mold, creating multiple lines. This step was repeated with the other

colors, followed by repeating the process with shallower lines, and again with even shallower lines until reaching the surface. As usual, I like a decorative top, so I splattered the remaining batter on top and swirled it with a chopstick.

After enjoying the very eye catching Confetti Bar myself, I knew it would make an appreciated gift. It’s become one of many of Michele’s products that I’m proud to share. Besides true quality, Confetti is so nice to see in that soap dish! I found out that many people haven’t experienced real quality soaps so it’s extra specially nice to tell them about this craftswoman,… Read more »
