I’m part Polish so when I decorated the top of my mold to be colorful like the lights we see during the Christmas holiday, I didn’t realize the ‘top’ of my mold was actually the bottom of my tree design (lol). I just had to name what I did. I’ll have to gift this to my childhood friend who is also part Polish–she knows who she is.

Because color is displayed differently on various devices, the soap you order could be different from what you’re viewing on your phone, laptop, or monitor. This is a common occurrence with online shopping; it has to do with display resolution, number of pixels and bit depth.
Hops Water, Rice Brand Oil, Coconut Oil, Palm Oil, Canola Oil (high Oleic), Sodium Hydroxide (Lye, none is left in the finished product), Castor Oil, Cedarwood EO, Sodium Lactate (liquid salt), Buttermilk Powder, Cain Sugar, Silk (cruelty-free sourced) and Colorants (Yellow Oxide, Ultramarine Blue & Ultramarine Violet)
5% Super Fat
Super Fat: to use a small excess of ‘free’ fatty acids in a recipe that are deliberately NOT converted to soap. Instead, these tiny oil molecules remain within the soap matrix and are then transferred to your skin when washing. This is not to say that your skin will feel oily because only a minuscule percentage is used.

This soap is a playful nod to my Polish heritage! 😊 Growing up, I heard my fair share of Polish jokes—much like the endless blonde jokes out there.
For this design, I set out to create a Christmas tree. My plan was to start with the tip of the tree at the bottom of the mold and gradually widen the “dropped” soap batter as I moved toward the top. By controlling the width, I could keep the tree narrow at the top and broader at the base where the branches spread out.
Since the tree was upside down in the mold, the bottom of the mold would actually be the top of the soap once cut. In all my careful planning of colors and technique, I completely forgot one small detail—I didn’t plan to decorate the top! And this, my friends, is where the Polish joke to myself comes in. 😊
I began by pouring the main soap base, then alternated between light and dark green, dropping the batter from a height to help it sink deep into the mold. As the tree “grew” toward the surface, I poured from a lower height and widened the greens to form its base. See the Polish joke? We Poles tend to do things a bit backward. 😉 Or at least, that’s the gist of most Polish jokes!
To shape the branches, I used a hanger tool, zig-zagging through the batter from the bottom (the tip of the tree) to the surface with increasingly wider strokes. Now, remember how I didn’t plan to decorate the top? Well,
being a creature of habit, I still prepped colors to mimic twinkling Christmas lights—sparkly ones, of course! I

splattered them on top, swirled them with a chopstick, and wrapped up the soap to saponify. That’s when I realized my goof… Once the bars were cut, the sparkles wouldn’t be visible because the top of the mold was actually the bottom of the soap.
To poke fun at myself, I named it Polish Christmas Tree and packaged it upside down so the sparkles could still be seen. It was supposed to be displayed right-side up, but my little mix-up changed that!

I typically respond to texts almost immediately unless I’m in the middle of making soap.
As soon as I reach a stopping point, I’ll be sure to check and reply.
I check my email daily and will get back to you as soon as possible.
I never saw a Polish Christmas tree till I got my soap from a Polish soap maker!
I don’t even need body lotion after using it, and the green designs get prettier as I use it.
Thanks for your positive review.
